1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Audrex, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Audrex on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service Description

Audrex provides AI-powered compliance automation including regulatory gap detection, automated remediation, breach simulation, and report generation. The service is provided "as is" and is intended to assist, not replace, professional compliance advice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Each account represents one organization (tenant) with data isolation between tenants.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Audrex to violate any laws, process data you do not have rights to, attempt to breach security controls, reverse engineer the platform, or resell access without authorization.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through Audrex. We claim no ownership over your compliance reports, documents, or scan results. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the service.

6. Service Level

We target 99.9% uptime for the Audrex platform. Planned maintenance windows are communicated 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, force majeure events, or scheduled maintenance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Audrex is a compliance assistance tool, not a legal guarantee. We are not liable for regulatory fines, audit failures, or compliance gaps that persist despite using the platform. Always consult qualified legal and compliance professionals.

8. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase. Enterprise agreements supersede these general terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After this period, all data is permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
