1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: account details (name, email, company), compliance scan data, uploaded documents, and usage analytics. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to provide compliance scanning, generate reports, run AI-powered analysis, and improve our service. Compliance scan results and documents remain within your tenant and are never shared across accounts.
3. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored on servers located within the European Union. We use AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and role-based access controls. Database backups are encrypted and retained for 30 days.
4. AI Processing
Our AI agents process your documents and code to identify compliance gaps. AI processing happens within our infrastructure. We do not use your data to train third-party models. You can request deletion of all AI-processed data at any time.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all data including compliance reports, scan results, and documents are permanently deleted within 30 days.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. You can also restrict processing or object to automated decision-making. Contact privacy@audrex.ai to exercise these rights.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Analytics are privacy-preserving and do not track individual users.
8. Third-Party Integrations
When you connect integrations (GitHub, Slack, Jira), we access only the data necessary for compliance operations. Integration tokens are encrypted at rest and can be revoked at any time from your settings.
